How to backup files from VTS P.O.G.

In case you want/need to move operations to a different pc, backing up your vtspog folder will not carry over any of your configurations. VTS P.O.G. saves all your configurations and ai personality files using Windows appdata, which basically means your saved data and configs are stored somewhere else in your pc.

In order to backup your config files, you need to first open any folder and type %appdata% on the top of it and then press enter

Doing that will take you to your pcs appdata folder, where lots of different programs save a lot of user configuration and saved data. Here we will search for the vtspog folder

And copy it to your backup drive.

On the new pc, you just need to download VTS POG from itchio and open it once and then close it. Once that is done, if you repeat the first step you will see the VTS-POG folder in your new pc appdata. If its there, just overwrite that folder with the version you backed up before from the previous pc.

And that should be it! Open vtspog yet again and most of your previous configurations should be there.

If you had a soundboard folder configured, you may need to relink that to a new folder on your new pc, but as long as it contains the same soundfiles as before it should work all the same.
